These terms apply to your use of adstownlk.com (the "Site"), operated by Ads Town (Private) Limited ("Ads Town", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About the Site

The Site describes our digital advertising services and lets you contact us. Information on it is general and is not a binding offer. Our services are provided under a separate written agreement or proposal agreed with each client, and that agreement prevails over these terms for client work.

2. Enquiries

Sending an enquiry through the Site does not create a client relationship or obligate either side. Please give accurate information. We will handle your details as set out in our Privacy Policy.

3. No guarantee of results

Advertising results depend on many factors outside our control, including platform policies, competition, budget, creative, and market conditions. Figures and descriptions on the Site, including campaign counts and sectors served, describe our past work and are not a promise of future results.

4. Third-party platforms

We work with platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok and LinkedIn. Their names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify the platforms. Their own terms, policies and fees apply to any advertising run on them.

5. Intellectual property

The Site's text, design, logos and other content belong to Ads Town or its licensors. You may view the Site for your own use but may not copy, republish or exploit it commercially without our written permission.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing harmful code, sending spam through the contact form, or using the Site unlawfully.

7. Links to other sites

The Site may link to third-party websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Availability and accuracy

We try to keep the Site accurate and available but provide it "as is", without warranties of any kind. We may change or remove content at any time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ads Town is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Sri Lanka have jurisdiction over any dispute.
